I hold Psychology qualifications from the University of Queensland and over 30 years experience working in the community services sector with children, young people and families. I am largely a self-taught artist and am currently completing a Masters in Therapeutic Arts Practice through MIECAT.

In addition to me, Creatifika Art could not exist without my trusty team of Studio Hounds / Dog-a-Day creative muses / security team / snack cleanup crew

Creatifika Art is all about helping you find your creative joy.

We offer small group (max 8) painting workshops in our Woodgate Beach studio. We can also come to you and run a workshop for your group of any size in your location.

Paint at home kits are a fantastic option if you want the convenience of a paint party delivered to your home. “Me Time” kits, “Ride Those Waves” cards and “I’m a Beautiful Work in Progress” cards are perfect little bundles of arty goodness for anyone who is developing creative habits for self-care and wellbeing.

‍Pet Pawtrait Commissions make thoughtful gifts for the animal lovers in your life. Pawtraits are available in a range of sizes to suit a variety of spaces.

Craft-a-noon workshops including ecrylimer eco-resin, hat burning, parasol painting, beaded potheads, and others are offered regularly throughout the year.

1:1 art wellbeing workshops are coming soon to Creatifika Art. These sessions use creativity to therapeutically explore issues impacting on your emotional and physical wellbeing. Sessions are offered face-to-face or via video-conferencing.

We welcome anyone who is creatively curious or keen to reclaim time for themselves! We love beginners, and people who haven’t picked up a paintbrush for a while! (Our current record for “longest time since arting” is 65 years, held by a lady in her 70’s who hadn’t painted since primary school!)

The Creatifika Art studio space is located in beautiful Woodgate Beach in Queensland. We are a ‘regular’ at the Woodgate Beach Markets on the first and third Sunday of each month.

Creatifika Art is not registered for NDIS or Medicare.

Paint Party bookings:

• 100% refund if you cancel more than 14 days prior to the event

• 50% refund if you cancel 7-13 days prior to the event

• No refunds for cancellations made by customers less than 7 days prior to the event.

• If an event is cancelled by Creatifika Art you will always have the option of a full refund or transfer to another workshop of equal value.

Pet Pawtraits / Commissioned Artworks

• All commissioned work requires a signed agreement. 50% deposit is required at time of signing.

• If the client cancels the commission before completion, the deposit is not refundable.

• If Creatifika Art is unable to complete the commission, all payments will be fully refunded to the client.

Paint Kits:

Paint kits are not refundable.

Paint is always checked prior to sale. However, if the paint included in the kit is dried / unusable, and contact is made within Creatifika Art within 30 days of the purchase date, Creatifika Art will replace the paint and post at no cost to the customer.
